"God love the Mohawk for sponsoring Boris and Torche in June and Emo’s for front-rooming the latter in May. Unfortunately, neither gig held a Roman candle to the Miami-bred foursome in San Francisco this summer, where the group and Boris shook Jack “Big Trouble in Little China” Burton’s pillars of heaven in a 100-year-old ballroom with Meanderthal metal to raise Michael Crichton’s dinosaurs.
