We book shows.

This is self explanatory, just go to one of our shows. We know independent music. We work with great spaces, and we put the right bands in the right spaces to create a killer show for bands and fans. Whether your band draws 70 people or 7000, we will make sure you end up in the right place playing to the right fans. This is what we do best.

Live Music Festivals

Yup. We do Music Festivals. But we do them differently. We coordinate like minded sponsors, we work with local and small business, we support the creative class, we create unique layouts and experiences, and we book acts that WE would like to see, regardless of what Pollstar says to do. Fun Fun Fun Fest 2006 and 2007, as well as the 2008 Mess With Texas Fest are just a few examples of how we can make ‘different’ a success. Take a look at some press:

Original Events

If you are looking to book a creative event, find a cool space, or produce a unique music experience in Austin, we arent scared to partner up and help. From innovative non-profits, to like minded businesses that appreciate music, we can help make the event something different and memorable.

Street Team

Working as Legendary Street Assassins for hire, the T.E.S.T. (Transmission Entertainment Street Team) is always down to promote a great bill, original event, or a secret show in Austin. From posting flyers on the East Side, to guerilla marketing techniques, to virally spreading digital flyers online, the T.E.S.T. knows how to promote a show. Knowing their music helps them know the crowd that would dig it. Give us a few days and a few bucks, and the T.E.S.T. will get the word out. If you meet someone on the T.E.S.T., ask them anything about the Minutemen or Spirit Caravan. They know whats up.

New Media

Yeah, we do this too. If you are a label or promoter and need to capture an event on HD and share it, or if you need an interview with your band before a show, we can help. Bringing great Austin shows and events to those that could not be in Austin is one of our specialties.

Consultation

1. Lets say you are an independent filmmaker making a film in Bangkok that is screaming for some original music content, perhaps from a completely unknown (and amazing) Austin band. We are happy to help. There are so many insanely talented new bands that come through our venues and festivals. Our access to them is unique, and our understanding of their music is unprecedented. We buy their t-shirt, and we know the tunes. Lets hook you guys up. Old school A&R is back.

2. Lets say you are building a music business or venue and you either need some help, need advice on the Austin market, or want to learn more about independent music today. We are the ninja masters. Talk with us.
